TLC Laser Eye Centers- CLOSED

I have never been told, that I needed to pay for a medical service before it was complete, until going to tlc. I explained to tlc that the money that was needed for the operation was in my hsa account, it only needed one business day to move into my cash account before they could charge my card. I was told that this was not acceptable despite showing a sufficient balance on my phone to tlc personal. Not at all what I would call good customer service! I was told by an employee, "this is why we have you pay early". I guess tlc does not have to follow the same procedures as every other business. Bill your customers after your job has been completed successfully....

I was very pleased with my experience at TLC laser eye centers. The staff was very friendly and very thorough in making sure that Lasik was right for me. I am two days removed from lasik and I’m seeing with better clarity than I ever have before. I would recommend TLC laser eye centers to anyone looking to see with their best potential clarity.

After having pop bottle glasses for over 40 years having 20/20 vision the day after my procedure was liberating. Of course like many others...i should have done this years ago! TLC staff was top notch!

My surgery went well and i have been experiencing clear vision as soon as the 2nd half of my 1st day! The staff were great and made me feel calm about the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone.
