Absolutely terrible customer service. They refuse to call their customers, and when I try and call, the phone rings and rings endlessly. The only way to talk to someone is by stopping in and even then its hard to get someone to give you the time of day. Whatever kind of deal they are offering is not worth the headaches in the future if you ever need repairs. Just go somewhere else.

My wife and I love this store. Being it was Christmas and they were busy our first experience at this Zales was excellent . The store manager was very professional and knowledgeable as well as having a very welcoming attitude. We had so many questions all answered. My wife loves her new diamond. We returned a couple of days ago and with everything going on in the world we were happy to see the same warm greetings and simply say thank you.

When my husband heard they were under new management we decided to give them a chance and Im sure glad we did because the Zales brand offers one of the best protection warranties for our jewelry. ( and we buy jewelry all over) We are happy to shop with this store again. The employees of this location are most kind, professional and very knowledgeable and don't give you the feeling they just want to make a quick sale. This is once again one of our favorite shiny stores to shop . Thank you!! :-)
