The atmosphere of Renae's office is so welcoming! I strongly recommend them for any insurance needs you may have. Plus, Renae has the cutest dog that comes to work with her almost everyday :)

I have been a customer with Renae and State Farm for 3 years now. I have never had a bad experience with her or any of her staff. Everyone is polite, professional, and punctual. They're extremely informed in all aspects of insurance. Always trying to get you the best deals and working towards what YOU want. Regardless of what that is. If it's in Renae's powers, she will do it for you. Or tell you how to go about it. I get called in at least once a year to go over information and keep up-to-date on policies and savings. Today was that day for me, and it was a truly wonderful experience, as usual. Renae really does her homework and can answer any question or concern head on. And if she cannot she strives to find the answer for you in a timely manner. Thank you so much for all the help today (And always) with the many aspects of my life and future (And well-being) that I have entrusted in you, and I can say I'm happy to have you on my side! It would be remiss of me not to mention as well that every time I call in I have the wonderful pleasure of speaking with Stella, and I must say for me personally she's a great addition to your team. She's very quick, always happy to speak with me, and concise with her actions. I appreciate her and everyone else at your office. Especially Goose. Please try to find an insurance provider that as you're leaving you feel good about the interaction you just had. I'll wait.
