Our medicare "advantage" plan changed this year. Clarissa was proactive and scheduled (and rescheduled per my request) a meeting to share details of the changes. Quick, clear, easy descriptions. Easily answered all our questions. Very pleased with this year's (again) experience for the sign up period.

We met Lukus Jemtrud at a Medicare workshop he hosted. He has made what is typically a very complicated process into an easy transition from individual health insurance to Medicare health coverage. I highly recommend anyone approaching age 65 to reach out to Lukus!
