        Jerry, Joe and the rest of the team are awesome!! I was passing thru Yanceyville to go to Raleigh when my alternator went out unexpectedly. I had to drop my car off before they opened. Spoke with Jerry on the phone who said they can take a look at it. Once they told me the problem on a Friday they were able to get me fixed and back on my way to Charlotte, NC by Monday night. Joe was great about calling me with updates and where they were with getting it completed so I could make arrangements to get back to the shop. Awesome team!!!

        My mother has had her car there since before Thanksgiving.  They have not started on it. The worst service ever. When she calls she can't get anyone. She was told that the answering machine was broke and that they only have 1 mechanic. My mother is 81 years old and I'm the only child that lives 3 hours from her. They don't call her back. The receptionist is rude. She sounded very young. I would not recommend them at all.
