Such an UNPROFESSIONAL YET UNORGANIZED Dental facility! I normally attend Eastern Pines Dental but decided to try Beacon Dental because Eastern was booked up. I was scheduled for a cleaning, appointment was set for 3pm. My appointment lasted 15 minutes, in that time X-RAYS were done the hygienist had a look at my teeth along with Dr Spencer whom stated I only needed a basic cleaning. Right after the assistant stated she had to set me up for another appointment for my cleaning stating they didnt have time to do it today!! First appointment available in March!! I informed her I wont be making any future appointments being this was a huge inconvenience on their part. Why would you schedule me for a cleaning when you know you dont have time to do it!! Once I got to check out she stated they could call a hygienist in to start my cleaning like this is SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! So not only did you waste my time but you stated you didnt have time to do it, now to my knowledge the real reason is you dont have a hygienist in office!!! Why would you schedule a client for a cleaning without a hygienist scheduled??? I declined stating that wont be necessary whats next you dont have the tools to perform the cleaning??Thats ok Ill pass!!! If someone shows you who they are believe them the first time!! Definitely a cash grab for future appointments, offices have a tendency to do this to keep charging insurance!!! New clients BEWARE!!

Julia is terrific as a hygienist, and Dr. Spencer is truly a caring doctor. Highly recommended!
