Customer service was not very welcoming today and be sure to check your order before taking out... they got my order wrong and were not apologetic when I returned to inform them of their mistake. Instead he asked me if I'm sure that is what I had ordered.

Imagine looking up a business  to support (within your own community), calling its number only to find out it's not even in service! Now, imagine driving there around 2 in the afternoon (regardless of these high gas prices, today) with hopes that they are still open and serving the public only to discover the doors shut and locked as if it was after-hours! THAT was my first (and last) experience here at this particular, so-called soul food establishment. What a waste! C'mon, some of my people have GOT to start doing better ....otherwise, just go bankrupt and close it down, already, and let someone who truly IS business-minded come upon the scene next time around. The last thing ANY community needs is an eatery that's only open when its owner feels like it.
