        My son was severely injured in an auto accident about 3 years ago. Our family of course was overwhelmed and then we received a hand written note from Mr Nagle offering us help. They were amazing they took all the phone calls and inquiries about money out of our hands. It allowed me to focus on what was important. Through out the process they stayed in touch and always made me feel they were generally concerned for my son. They took the time to get to know him. That connection was truly comforting. We feel like we had a champion for Josh, not just a money seeking associate. I am so grateful to have meet Mr Nagle and his amazing staff (Gwen). Thank for all you have done.
