I didn't get what I ordered. Their online menu did not specify that one of their sushi rolls that I ordered came with tempura shrimp (which I do not like). So when I got my order, I called to see if we could fix the issue. The response I got from the person who answered the phone was: "I don't think we can do anything about that." So basically, I didn't get what I ordered and they did squat about it when I called them. Regardless of how good the food might be, their customer service is awful.

Good food. VERY busy! Kinda slow service because there aren't many people in that tiny kitchen, but they hustle their butts off. I've never had or received a complaint about Tokyo House. Their most popular dishes are the steak, chicken or shrimp teriyaki/hibachi dinners. I didn't care for the cheesesteak egg rolls but they sell a lot of them so they are popular!

great food! im a college student new to the area so i order from here alot! I always order the shrimp and broccoli rice bowl! its also very affordable!
