It was my pleasure collaborating with Patricia on my listing in Winston Salem in which Patricia helped take an older home that was vacant and showcased the possibilities for the buyers. Many thanks to Pat for her design assistance in converting an extra bedroom to a much needed main floor laundry/pantry. After an initial visit and consultation, Pat emailed me a vision board with ideas for everything from paint color and wall treatment to lighting fixtures and storage solutions. All her suggestions were budget friendly, and I was impressed with her creativity in addressing a couple of problem areas that had me stumped. Pat’s enthusiasm is contagious. I came to Pat needing help with picking out tile for my bathroom shower. The color selection was overwhelming! Pat helped me stay focused and decide on an array of tile that even made my husband happy! Plus, she's the sweetest person you'll ever meet! Patricia came to my home to assess for updates to my living room. She had excellent suggestions and was very detailed. She took pictures and returned with professionally created photos for placements, color, and other ideas. When her visit was complete I was ready to re-decorate!
