I was totally unprepared for the care my husband needed the day he came home from the hospital. Calling LLWC was the smartest decision I made. The immediate response considerably reduced my stress and he was able to receive the supportive care he needed that same day! Kudos to Tressia, Rebecca and their entire organization.

The folks at LLWC offered SO MANY services to my mom & dad in independent living. For a few hours, my parents could choose according to their needs for that daylaundry, well-checks, light housekeeping. We utilized medication services for awhile when their needs escalated. Its nice to have a safety net when I couldnt be there a lot. Tressia is amazing, the staff are kind. Thank you for providing help, especially when their needs were changing.

It has been a pleasure working with Rebecca and her staff. She has been so attentive to my concerns and needs with my mom's care in her home. Medication management daily for quite some time and 24/7 care on occasions have only had a few exceptions with the staff not meeting my expectations. Rebecca has addressed those concerns quickly and reliably. Their care gave my mom 6 months more at home until another stroke unfortunately meant she needed even more care in skilled/assisted living. I would recommend Live Long Well Care for in home care.

My dad lives in an independent living cottage at Homestead Hills. He's been on his own since my mom's death late last year. Obviously a major transition for him and the rest of us. Since then, Live Long Well Care of Homestead Hills/Winston-Salem has provided an amazing level of support. This support is critical as none of us live in the Winston-Salem area. Tressia and her team of caregivers visit Dad 3x per day, providing assistance with everything from meals, laundry, personal care, medication, etc. They accompany him to doctor appointments, pick up medication/supplies and, most importantly, provide an important communication link for the family. Tressia provides timely updates/communication on any needs/issues and responds to our questions/request very promptly. They have enabled Dad to stay in his cottage, maintaining his independence and living in familiar surroundings during a difficult time. Can't say enough good things about LLWC of WS!
