RIH should be your FIRST priority when seeking non-emergency medical care. Doctors at RIH have done things for me that my regular doctors said was impossible. Im only using my PCP as a backup at this point. I believe 100% that you cannot be optimally well unless you are seeking holistic alternatives to synthetic drugs. Our bodies reject synthetic drugs and I suffered for YEARS before switching to a holistic drug! How much longer are you going to poison yourself? Join RIH and you wont regret it.

The providers here are amazing and the whole staff is wonderful! They are thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. I suffered for years with undiagnosed, untreated Lyme disease(amongst other infections) and Robinhood figured it out. I had told multiple doctors at Baptist how I had never been the same after my tick bite at age 12, but they were completely dismissive when I requested Lyme testing and insisted it was just fibromyalgia. I also have ehlers danlos syndrome and suffered a lot of complications from surgeries affecting my muscles. I thought I was going to need a lot of major surgeries to fix the problems, but now I have a non surgical plan of action thanks to Dr. Babcock. She correctly identified the problems which helped me avoid unnecessary surgeries. I thought for a long time that I would live the rest of my life with disabling pain, but now for the first time I have hope. This is the best money I've ever spent on medical care, I just regret not going to Robinhood sooner! I highly recommend them. My prayers for help have been answered.

I wish I'd listened to a friend who had negative experiences here years ago and checked out the low rating reviews. The provider I saw during my first visit, Nicole Ferrell (FNP, IFM-c) actually said to me at one point, regarding my need to lose weight, "Well, be careful you don't lose too much weight so that your skin sags and you look old." If I hadn't been so stunned I would have walked out. I was supposed to be receive a call about coming in for hormone testing but that never happened. And they provide anti-vaccine information at the front desk, encouraging parents to review it and not vaccinate their children. I'm talking no vaccines: measles, mumps, rubella... god forbid polio makes a comeback. They don't recommend vaccinating for anything and no one will be wearing a mask, not even the receptionist who's exposed to every single patient who comes through the door. I'm sure this will be wonderful news to some, but if I were you I'd steer well clear of this place. Oh, and they are the only medical office I've ever been to that charges a yearly fee ($60 that must be paid prior to your very first visit with them) to access your records and provider messages (there is an additional fee for messages - $25!).

Giving 4 as there is a not so nice lady in Billing who seems to believe we have no right to ask questions and try to understand coverage and costs. She called today with her not nice tone "do you have a question about your billing? I did not know why she was asking as there was no introductory information so I stayed in lalaland trying to remember if I had filed a claim or called about something, she then stated I had called Cigna and said I had questions Jesus! I called Cigna because I needed information on coverage and benefits not about the bill, it happened to be Cigna customer service agent was verifying recent transactions and told me I needed to pay certain amount which was discrepant from my statement... People in billing: please remember it is our money paying your salary, and excuse if I am slow, it is due to a health condition, I am not dumb, English Is my second language work for corporate America and have two college degrees, with honors by the way. Be nice, it is with sick people you are dealing with. Besides this, staff is great, doctors are knowledgeable and prices are fair.
