Salem Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

I had a great experience here. Dr. Ringeman not only went out of his way to make sure no stone was unturned when making a diagnosis he also spent as much time as I needed and went over everything clearly. He was patient, kind and answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was taking up his time. The staff were also really kind and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable and satisfied with how the visit went. I finally went to Salem Oral (as referred to by my dentist) to visit Dr. Ringeman to get my impacted wisdom teeth removed. I strongly dislike anything needle/ mouth related to the point that I have been putting this off for years, but Dr. Ringeman and his assistants made this procedure the best dental procedure Ive ever had- from getting the financial aspect sorted quickly, to ensuring I was comfortable throughout the process. I was given laughing gas to calm my anxiety before the IV sedation, and before I knew it, I was awake and completely with it post-op. Now, about 30 hours later, my pain is not unbearable despite having full bony/ impacted wisdom teeth, I have all feeling back in my face, and I have yet to see any bruising. Needless to say, I am extremely content with my decision to go to Dr. Ringeman for this procedure and am thankful for his expertise and making this as pleasant of an experience as possible.

Had all on 4 hybrid implants upper and lower. Paid 55k for this surgery to have my self esteem restored and to be able to eat again. Now I have 4 failed implants and 4 compromised. The implants were placed in wrong location and spaced too far apart on some of them. (information provided by referring dentist Dr. Ringeman sent me to). Referring dentist also said that denture design as too big and bulky and misaligned which made it impossible to clean implant site. Spoke with dentist that delivered dentures and she said that Dr. Ringeman did in fact have input on the design and he did approve dentures. Dr. Ringeman lied and said he did not have anything to do with the denture. Dr. Ringeman said he would fix everything and now has abandoned me. I have been abandoned with no alternative for treatment. I now have loose implants and it is becoming painful and hard to eat. I don't know what to do at this point. I wanted to repost and advise people what has happened in my situation. HOW CAN HE PROMISE CARE AND THEN ABANDON ME LIKE THAT!!!!
