        I would NOT recommend David Caffey. We found him to be unresponsive, disrespectful, and incompetent in completing a very simple house closing. He sent my husband an email response which included him demeaning my husband to the other agent. He failed to even read the contract to understand basic components of our deal. He finally gave us our closing documents within only 24 hours of our closing with little explanation of why we had to bring several thousand dollars to the table. We found him to be very unprofessional and would not recommend using him.
