        Thieves! It looks as though I will have to take them to small claims court to sue for a damaged air hockey table they never bothered repairing in spite of promises, and yet more promises to replace the damaged table. They eventually began avoiding my phone calls and have never even bothered to return my many messages.

        Don't ever patronize this business.  They took our pool table on consignment to sell it, signed a contract, and came to an agreed upon price. They sold the table in February 2014 and refuse to pay us for it.  This is nothing less than stealing.  Tell everyone you know, stay away from this place and it's other location Game Room Home Store in Raleigh if you don't want to get ripped off.
