Our family decided to make the move from out of state to Wilmington, NC and upon researching realtors in the midst of the pandemic, we stumbled across Jay & Cindy Curley. Jay and Cindy Curley are the duo you want if youre buying/selling your home. We knew Jay was our man the first day we met him. We called several realtors in the past. 1.) Other realtors never truly listened to what we were looking for 2.) They had no motor!!! Matt called Jay the first day, and Jay dropped everything and met us the same day!!! Shortly, after I met his angel of a wife, Cindy. Shes crazy smart, and answered every question I had about buying a house no matter how silly it was or time. These two are down to earth, and so much fun. Theyve been married for over 30 years which brings an amazing dynamic to the experience youll find no where else. Its nice to have a man and womans perspectives when buying and selling a house. Both sides felt heard. Nothing gets missed!!! Did I mention they sold our house in a day?! Mind blowing, right? Also, they made the entire process super easy. They answered all the who, what, where, and why questions with simple direct answers. Then they broke down allll that fancy legal paperwork, told me exactly where to go, and what to sign, and when it was time. Great people. They even brought us boxes. They go the extra mile and provide that amazing customer service weve all been lacking/missing since before covid. We made friends for life. These are the two you want by your side when going to house war.
