        Our Moen posi-temp shower valve cartridge stem broke off, causing us to have to shut off the water main. After several failed attempts to extract the cartridge ourselves, we contacted Ryan. He arrived quickly and was able to resolve the issue with knowledge and skill, while keeping costs quite reasonable and needing no additional parts beyond the cartridge I purchased (*read no inflated charges for parts*). Our time out of water was thankfully short. Shoes were removed upon entry to keep the house clean, and dust/shavings were swept up to keep the site tidy. Ryan's skill, attentiveness, and personality were appreciated in a tight spot!
