Rock Church provides a low-pressure, upbeat and friendly atmosphere to go to worship and learn about maximizing life by walking with Jesus. The service is contemporary, with awesome theater lighting throughout the sanctuary that changes with each song, and a presence smoke\fog. The ambieonce created is serious yet exciting when preparing to worship each Sunday at 9:50-10, and the music is not only outstanding, but a little different each week. The messages are strongly based in the Bible and articulated through personal stories and peppered with halarious bits of comedy. The congregation is made up of people of all ages and races and all are welcomed with a level of kindness that is exceptional even for a Church. Finally, there are programs for children that are safe and secure and many other programs to get involved with outside of Sunday services. I have been very satisfied with Rock Church and if you like contemporary church services , but also like a smaller family feel, Rock Church is for you!

This church is number 1 in worship and praise the prayer team is connected with Jesus highly and pastor is highly recommended to come and listen to me my name is Walter I started this church when I was 30 I got baptized on Jan 1 2001 by the rock of Wilmington from then I was getting deep in to the spirit of Jesus Christ pastor Ron McGee was my first pastor to guild me to be the best I can be with Christ if u come to our church family u will hear me shouting and the church people their get Jesus Christ deep come and enjoy the Jesus Christ Church of God and u will be amazed of what God is doing for the people of the rock church love the baby of the rock of Wilmington church hope to see ya soon blessings from the rock of Wilmington
