So we ordered a pod and packed it up and they took it from our place to storage in rocky pt nc. We didnt realize they scheduled our delivery to Newport nc instead of New BERN nc. Now we are trying to schedule delivery and they are trying to charge us 300 plus another 500 for delivery. No manager to pick up the phone so we are waiting for a call back. Literally 30 minutes between Newport and New Bern and they are saying its now a long distance move because they have to take the pod to Greenville nc and Greenville has to deliver it. Honestly its like they are holding our items hostage. Dont use this company!! No common sense going on there whatsoever! So, no resolution yet. My Easter items are in the pod and its almost Easter. Found out why theres no easy way to resolve this because when you call to set up delivery you are calling offshore. Yes the people taking the calls are not in the United States they are in another country telling us whats best for delivery of our pod. I would give this company minus stars if I could.

Using Pods is the way to go!!! I recently did a cross-country move from AZ to NC. I had considered renting a U-haul, but after looking into PodsNo Competition! The fee covers the use of the Pod for an entire month, so no rushing to load it, no ramp to run up, no driving a large truck, no paying for gas. They drop it off, you fill at your convenience, let them know when to pick it up, they deliver when youre at your final destination and ready, then pick it up when unloaded. Easy, peasy! I received texts and emails on when drivers were coming, and where the Pod was in transit. My belongings arrived on time and in perfect condition. I HIGHLY recommend going this route!!! Cant say enough good things about this company! They made a stressful situation much less burdensome.
