        Well I had an appointment for a mammogram I couldn't make it by 11 because of a wreck would have made me late so I called at 10:30 am and it's now 11:40 and they have yet not to answer I've been on hold all this time from 1 in the cube to 6 then 4 then 1 then 2 then 6 on and on

        Worst place to go. I got in with a sick 2 year old and we get to sit for 5 hours with no help at all. Don't waist your time in a waiting room bc this place is not an emergency room

        If there was 0 star I would put it. Very unprofessional stuff who delayed my surgery and I ended up with rupture ovarian cyst, intestinal blackage and 8 inch vertical cut on my belly. Please please please if you can wait for 1-2 hrs go to Onslow hospital, Duke or Vidant. Avoid Here

        I highly recommend Novant Emergency Department. I showed up with infected thumb and they took care of me from beginning to end. Check in was great, highly professional. I waited 5 minutes and then back to room. Dr. L. Adam Keyser is amazing along with his nurse and that's why 5 star rating. He took the time and addressed the issue with my thumb. Everyone was amazing and will definitely go back for any medical emergency issues.
