        Understaffed and unwilling to help at all, even when I tried to open a new account with them. Dont use this bank if you expect any level of customer service at all

        I am a new customer with Wells Fargo. I have made 3 deposits and for some reason the have held my funds for TEN days. One of the checks were Certified funds and they STILL held it for TEN days. When I went in to open the account they told me there was no one there to open the account. So I had to Make an appointment and come back the following day. I would NOT recommend Wells Fargo to ANYONE!!!!!

        Never really had a good experience at this particular location. Was on this side of town to do what I achieved at other locations for the gentleman in drive through to tell me he would not send two rolls of pennies through the shoot. Other locations have zero issues with this. Seems like he just didnt want to do his job. Member since 2014 of Wells Fargo and this location always seems to have some sort of excuse. PS. Do not speak to your customers as if they are your homies. Very unprofessional. The Mayfaire location and the college rd location are amazing!!
