        CUSTOMER SERVICE ABSOLUTELY SUCKS! Biggest scam Ive ever been apart of. No one takes accountability, no one cares they just blame it on the other. To many moving parts and people to deal with its either the base company blaming sleep number or vice versa. For spending $7000 on something you would think you could get a customer care center who cares and wants to help and at least pretend that you matter seeing as how again the bed is $7000. Hasnt worked since j bought it been a big headache. They give you promise after promise with nothing ever happening until after your warranty is up. Of course they want to send a tech out then and have it fixed because they dont pay you do. Cant believe I ever got sucked into this. Cant get my bed to communicate with the phones was promised a remote that would help and now that I waited for them to be in stock or battled calling them because they arent open when normal people sleep so their issues get pushed off until the next day. What happens to the people who work longer than the hours your open? Oh wait, I can tell you. You dont matter to them. Avoid avoid avoid

        I could not find a good place for me. My sleep IQ is deplorable. Understand that I do have RA & lots of hip (from surgery) & shoulder pain. Not the mattress for me. Also, BUYER BEWARE! If you return it, you have to keep the $1800 base, which is twice as much as at other store. Keep looking!
