Justin has done many inspections For my buyers past few years. He saves my clients about 50 bucks per inspection and his reports are thorough and documented well with photographs. In 17 years as a buyer agent ordering home inspections Justin is same level or higher than other inspectors. Will keep using him as my first choice.

I am a licensed real estate broker and have a home inspector's license also. I've referred Justin to several brokerage clients with excellent results, in that Justin uncovered many problems that I did not see during showings. Justin's pricing is reasonable, and he delivers a quality product. Before writing a review, consider that our state's standard of practice for home inspector's has many limitations, and is very different than public perception. Most inspections take about 3 hours inspecting a home and uncover more concerns than questions answered. I suppose we could hire an inspector for 3 or 5 days to completely dissect a home and call in specialists, but that would cost $2,000 or $5,000. Instead the inspector gives an overview for $300 to $400, and directs clients to other sources if red flags are found. I found Justin to be very accommodating and his overview / report very useful. I believe my clients get more than their money's worth w/ Justin. Also, Justin's experience as a county building inspector is a great addition to his competence as a home inspector.
