A bad cashier can make you NOT want to go back! I am a professional shopper. I mostly do shipt orders. I'm an easy going likeable person. Most of the stores I go in are glad to see me. But the Mayfair store has a cashier named Susan, Sue that had given me a hard time 4 times already in the last 6 months. I guess she doesn't like to do our tax exempt orders. 1 time I was in there early and asked if any registers were open. She told me" I just got here, you'll have to wait." 2 other times when I identified myself she told me she couldn't check me out a manager had to turned out to be wrong. Today after spending an hour in the store when I went to checkout she seen me there yet continued to look at pictures on the phone of the person in front of me. When I identified myself she wouldn't ring me out and told me they were no longer doing shipt orders. She would have gotten away with this if I had not found and clerk. Again that was untrue. I'll never go in her lane again nor shop there unless I have no choice. Her rudeness is overwhelming I left there shaking.
