Dr. Vannote has kept me going for 45 years. He and his crew are the best there is, hands down.

I have been a loyal life long customer of Dr. Van Note for 28 years. Beginning with my football and baseball career in high school, lifting weights and just every day getting older now, Dr. Van Note could always fix me. Unfortunately, yesterday was my last day. His new staff, a Laurel and Hardy combination, would not allow me to make an appointment because they didn’t know if they were talking to the real me. Really? Why would someone try to receive medical treatment by impersonating a already established patient? I tried 3 times to make an appointment and they interrupted me, put me on hold and told me to call back at a later, less busier time. I immediately drove the 8 minute drive to the practice where they were “so extremely busy” with ONE elderly woman waiting to be seen in the waiting room. The were unorganized, unofficial and unaffected not to mention, not afraid of anything in there. Now, that’s not being “fair to people.” They will ruin your business Dr. Van Note. You’ve worked hard to build up your name and impervious reputation. Please don’t let two unorthodox people, who’ve been with you 3 days, ruin the good doctors name. You shouldn’t have sided with new people over loyal customers. You’re still the man but my family and me will take our business elsewhere. Even my mother and father have been loyal to you since the days of your Eastwood Road practice. They too are now looking for a new chiropractor. Don’t worry, you’ll never have to see us again. Take care sir. Thank you for everything you’ve ever done for me and my family, you’re still the best in the business. Good luck sir, I wish you all the best within your practice. It’s not you, it’s Larry and Moe behind the front desk trying to find Curly.
