Great supply house. The showroom sales staff is either completely out of touch or just play ignorant. How does your sales person not know what a toilet in a box is? Then claim they have no idea what lowes sells. I get it its your competition. No excuse to be ignorant of the products in the industry your in.

Bought a tub needed the over flow stopper. Been 5 months, still nothing. Wrong parts ordered, promised calls from Devin time after time nothing, had to go up there, same story. Terrible customer service from her. Avoid!!! Going elsewhere.

I really wanted to like this place since they have a great selection of premium products. I ordered a full Delta shower and bathroom set which ended up taking over 6 months to get in my hands. The whole process working with Hubbard has been extremely frustrating and is still not resolved due to missing parts and warranty items that I'm still receiving bills for. I don't know about the other departments, but I would 100% avoid dealing with them for Bathroom fixturing etc. I tell all my friends to look elsewhere. Customer service was great to start, but I was not contacted with any updates about my order status. When I called and left a messages for my rep Devin, my calls were never returned. Once I received my order some parts were missing I contacted my rep again and she told me she put in an order for the replacement parts, a month later the replacement parts had not arrived. Unfortunately, I had to go in and talk to a manager about my issues since my service rep was unable to deliver on her promises. The manager Chrissy assured me that this is not the service they strive to provide, and she was able to order replacement parts which arrived in only a few days. Finally, after just over 6 months my bathroom was working and I could finally be done with this company! Unfortunately, I then received a bill for the warranty parts. I spoke with Chrissy who told me she would take care of it... I got another bill in the mail today, I hope they can get this figured out.
