Richard and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They made the bankruptcy process seamless and very easy for us especially during Covid when we couldnt see anyone in person. Richard handled all of our issues and was very responsive when we had questions. Richard knows the laws and we felt very confident he had our best interests in mind. I was in a very tough situation with cancer and not being able to work. I came to the decision nervously that I had to file bankruptcy because I would never ever catch up between hospitals Bill's, credit cards and certain Bill's I wouldn't be able to catch up in a lifetime. From the very start Richard and Trudy were very kind, understanding, professional and always super responsive. They mad a very tough decision and tough situation so very painless. There fees were so good (not what I expected) and entire communication were exactly as they explained and Trudy emailed me daily and kept me in the know of absolutely everything. She responded everytime within less than a hour and most the times immediately. Again for something I hated that I had to do they were fed fantastic all the way around with good fees, excellent communication and really they handled everything making it so easy on me and I cant thank them enough!
