i went into lowes store on northern blvd in rio rancho new mexico to return several items i did not need afterall.brooklyn at the customer service counter was rude,arrogant and condecending. i gave her my items and she announced take them out of the bag rudely. she asked why i was returning them as i told her i didnt need them afterall. she was not polite,and said sign this return slip and said the trashcan is to your left,throw your bag away,turned around and finished chatting with an employee standing by her. very rude manners. she needs to learn customer service skills. i wont be shopping there anymore in the future

I purchased 4 appliances on Juy 8th and have had numerous problems with getting devlivery of an undamaged stove. I have had 3 refrigerators and 3 stoves delivered all of which have been damaged. I have spent HOURS on the phone trying to get someone to do their job and get this resolved. I will never but another appliance from Lowes. I would not even give a one star review but it won't accept 0 stars.

They appear to be concerned when you've been burdened with mistakes made by their stores, but getting them to do more than listen is difficult to achieve.

On September 23 I ordered a 9 ft wainscotting panel that was supposed to be delivered same day if ordered by 2pm. It was 11am when I placed the order, panel was $27.95 plus $35.00 delivery fee , I also ordered a 4 foot panel for 13.95 that my husband picked up in his car, 4 days later , no contact or info update, on my delivery, checked the receipt on my email and it was “ delayed” . Went to the local store and showed the lady at customer service my receipt, my total for panel and delivery fee came to $81.00 when I checked my bank account there was an added $68. I was charged, when I went to get a refund for the panel they would not reimburse my $35 delivery fee or the over charge for $ 68. She said I had to call the corporate office in nc. !, what a joke this place is now, never again,
