Called the Whiteville location to give update on changes being made to my loved ones POA info and was not treated with respect or concern for my situation by Mr. Revis Long. When trying to explain to him the changes that needed to be revised he would not respond or try to be understanding of my situation. Instead he sat in silence and the response he did return was very nonchalant and seemed as if I was wasting his time. Very unacceptable. This is not the way you treat someone who is already hurting Mr. Long.
