My daughter placed and order to be confirmed by the Wendell store that the order will be delivered by today 5-10-21 by 7p for my mother day celebration. She has been on the phone with their corporate office on 05-10-21 @7:01 pm to treated disrespectful and rude (very unprofessional). She became very upset and disappointed because we work in healthcare and don't have the luxury to be off on Mother's day. Remind your staff the importance on word of honor and respect. After COVID, your staff needs to be very appreciative to have a job. I see the numerous of complaints but I am advicing each complaint to be made with the NC Attorney General to hold these corporations to standards. Very Very disappointing

The flower arrangements could have been better, the flowers looked a little wilted. The fruit however looks good!

I will never use the Wendel location ever again. My delivery was a birthday gift and it took them all day to make a Knightdale delivery. This was my first time using this location and it will definitely be my last. Every time I called, I was lied to and never received a call from the manager but I will be calling corporate on Monday morning. I understand whats in your policy, what I don't understand is how your employees lie to your customers and once the delivery driver arrived at 246pm, she was not on a company vehicle and stated to my friend that she was just informed of his delivery to his face. His order was placed the day before and I know you guys didn't have that many deliveries today but you can say whatever to polish your reputation but I truly see and understand why you guys have the rating you have. I should have researched first and of course, I would have used one of the other stores I usually use, lesson learned.

Placed an order over the phone to be picked up at this store. The owner from a Raleigh store called me like 3 times asking me to send him my credit card and photo ID via email even though the order was placed with someone else. THe corporate card was charged entirely for the order. I reached out to corporate who instructed me to now send any information via email. Arrived at the store on the designated day to pick up the order and the attendant wanted to see ID and card and make a copy. I informed her the order had been paid for, corporate card charged and she did not need this information. This experience really turned me off with edible.....this is an independent franchise that I will not be doing business with again.
