I have ordered from here three or four times and each time they have done such a fantastic job!! Today, I called in last minute for a same day delivery and he made it happen. Highly recommend!!

The worst experience EVER. I called at 9am to order on Valentines Day and told the receptionist if she could do it for that day if not I didnt want anything the next day. She said yes they could. I wanted them delivered to a place right next to them. I specifically said the person that works there gets out at 4pm she laughed and said it was okay and that it didnt matter because they were right next to each other, but she was going to make a note of it. Around 3:45pm I get text that the flowers werent delivered. I called 15 times to get in touch with someone and until 3:55pm they finally answered and said the could still do it. Nothing was delivered. They called me the following day to say they were delivered. Which I specifically said if they couldnt do it, I wouldnt want anything. Keep in mind I called in the morning to make sure they could do it. They delivered the flowers the following day, which I didnt want. I called them to tell them I didnt want the flowers. Mike answered nearly cussing me out. I felt so humiliated by him because he was yelling at me over the phone. He said never call them again! The person that got the flowers said that the flower arrangement was so tiny. I was going to pay $80 dollars. I wish I could give negative stars, instead of one. I wish they keep in mind how they to speak to their clientele, if they want there business to succeed. I will never order from here again. People keep in mind there are many florist around! P.S. If they couldnt do it, I would of understand! I would call someone else. But I got fooled into trusting them.

Such beautiful arrangements made by those in this shop - and top notch service! The lovely people who helped me were so friendly and I couldn't be more grateful for their help. Thank you for being such a beautiful part of my friend's special day! I will always recommend Flowers By Mike to anyone with floral needs!
