Laurel Mountain Retreat

Great stay at the Laurel Mountain Retreat! The cabins are a close drive to downtown, but the area still has a secluded feel. The house was clean and had lots of extras which made it a lovely place to stay! The owners were very responsive and helpful as well.

Awesome experience!! We stayed 3 nights and the cabin was perfect! We took a couples retreat here to get away and this was the perfect place. It's only 15ish minutes from downtown, but tucked away enough that you still get the mountain cabin experience. We made friends with our cabin neighbors, utilized the hot tub and the fire pit! The cabin was extremely clean and i loved that it had a kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and front porch swing. We will be returning soon, and with family in tow!

My husband and I just spent several days prior to Thanksgiving in the Evergreen cabin. The location was perfect for getting to nearby hiking trails as well as downtown Asheville. The second we walked into the cabin we knew we had chosen right. The fireplace was cozy, the hot tub was a fabulous way to end our days of hiking, and having a full kitchen allowed us to enjoy a full breakfast every morning. Beautiful cabin in a beautiful location! Thank you, Kathleen, for being a great host! Hope to come back someday!

Beautiful little get away cabin. Close enough to Asheville to go he fun but far enough to feel secluded. And beautiful twisty roads are all around you.
