Jim from Driveway to Driveway Home Inspections was FANTASTIC. He went above and beyond what I could have expected. I think he touched every single square inch of the house. His report was incredibly thorough and helped me renegotiate for thousands off the asking price. I know that he was very busy, but he made me feel like I was his most important client. He is super knowledgeable about house construction while also being very personable and easy to talk to-- which was important to me as I was nervous about the house buying process. I highly recommend Driveway to Driveway Home Inspection! First of all, Jim is a very nice guy who was professional, communicative, and thorough with his inspection. He requested 3 hours for the inspection, the last hour of which we met him at the home and he walked us through the entire house. As a first-time homebuyer, I was initially intimidated by by the thought of a huge list of repairs that would need to be done, but during the inspection review Jim gave patient and honest answers to every question I had, going over any areas of concern. By the next day I had our comprehensive inspection report in my inbox with even more explanation and details.
