Never answers the phone or calls back told my sons doctor about some stuff he had done and she said she didnt know what to do about it when it is her job to know these things

There are good people here and I have found them. Most of the classes they offer give you wonderful suggestions to learn to set boundaries and manage Anxiety while the one on one actually helps a lot if you get the right person. I feel it has benefited me with suggestions and strategies that you can apply to every day life. As someone said on here you have to do the work yourself. Didn't take you a day to get here so give it a few weeks and if you don't have the right class or person ask for someone else or go to a different class.

NEVER answer the phone, their app for telahealth is AWFUL... I literally have had 5G service full bars of verizon service and it WILL not work unless you are on wifi, you can not see a doctor who is supposedly in Waynesville face to face (you can go in and use their tablet though) and lastly Laura Lam is the worst psych doctor I have ever experienced in my life. When I couldn't get the appointment to work there was a dial in link option and I finally got to speak to her and she told me she legally couldnt continue the appointment unless she could visually see me (THATS a lie bc my doctor at MAHEC did it all the time). That woman almost caused me to die giving me much too strong medication that luckily my husband was with me or I would have wrecked, NOT once BUT twice. I wish I knew who to report her to because she has absolutely NO since whatsoever. Complete waste of time and health hazard. DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR.

This place is about a joke anymore. Nobody ever answers the phone. Bravo guys! Way to go helping out with mental health!

If you put in the work also, this place will change your whole life. You have to want it. You have to do hard work. You can't expect just sitting thru the sessions will do it. That's where a lot of folks go wrong. You have to have the hard conversations, you have to take a hard look at yourself. It's not easy, but so very worth it!!!! The people here are amazing. Knowledgeable. They give their whole selves to helping others.
