Had to contact 3 times to get any sort of communication that was November 4. Was told they were 5-6 weeks out. Its been 15 weeks now, no response.

Has not communicated after initial email and call. In the dark as to whether or not company is working with us or not. We assume not due to the lack of response. A waisted of my time.

I purchased land that Central Carolina previously had analyzed the soil and drew up designs for a septic system. I received detailed drawings from the purchase but I wanted to call them to get their opinion since that study was done about 12 years earlier. They were so friendly and happy to answer all my questions. I thought it would cost me something to go over a study done for someone else so long ago but they freely went over everything with me. What a deal? I would definitely recommend. Best I can do is leave a nice review here.

Several delays on soil sampling were never communicated. I had to chase him down to find out what was going on. Lack of response on emails and arrogant attitude when responding by text. Zero stars.
