Ed and his crew were very professional with our sprinkler system installation. They satisfactorily explained the process along with pros and cons relative to questions. Additionally, the fee structure was consistent with competitors who responded however, Ed’s prompt response to solicitation for estimates along with follow up completely set his company apart from others who did or did not respond. Finally the trench-less installation is a nice feature with some but relatively minimal intrusion into the lawn. I will use them again on future projects. Do not call them to service your irrigation system! Beware! They never answer the phone or return your call. Very rude and unprofessional workers. I will not be using them again.

When trying to get your business Ed seems courteous and professional. After installation, you will not be able reach him for any repairs or follow up. He did my start up service and installed my backflow, which was leaking constantly, to which he replied just turn the water off to the entire line each night and turn on again each morning, all to avoid coming to fix what he installed incorrectly. rain sensor he installed has never worked. Very shady and underhanded business experience. Will never use again under any circumstance, buyer beware.
