If your looking for a great stretch this is the place for you. The specialist had a plethora of different exercises which helped to reach spots that are usually missed. It was truly a relaxing experience and not to mention he provided me with plenty of helpful tips. Definitely worth the time !

My consultation was very informative. Stephen was great in explaining how stretching will help to reduce the amount of pain I’ve been experiencing. I left there feeling better than when I walked. I also hace severe back pains often and have been to plenty of massage therapist & nothing compares to his stretches & breathing exercises as well. Life changer !
