Had an appointment today 4/8/2024 at 9:00am When I get there Im sitting in the waiting area listening to the receptionist talk about her womb (personal information) red flag #1 Then I have to hear about her dirty clothes and how she had to go to the laundromat #2. Ok now its my turn to go back to meet with the dental hygienist, she standing behind me Im laying in the chair she tells me that I need to do an ex-ray, bite wings & then a cleaning so at this point Im getting really frustrated because what am I getting a bite wing for? A cleaning for who? I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR A NEW SET OF DENTURES!! What are you cleaning my tongue? Am I going to bite top gum to bottom gum? Ex-ray ok I might go with that..Because I have no clue whats going on. She then tells me that there isnt a lab on site today so I will have to schedule another appointment. Ok fine I took off of work on a Monday to be here, but whatever ok. She tells me wait but l can do the Ex-ray today and proceeds to leave me in the chair for 15 more mins, no apologies nothing havent you wasted enough of my time? I left nothing done but out of a co-pay! Y'all need to do better.
