Chris is awesome to work with. He comes out and just delivers an unbelievable commitment to quality and making sure the job is done to the highest standard. He came out to fix some wood rot for us, and didn't just repair it, but worked to improve it so that the rot we experienced is much less likely to return. Working with Chris was a pleasure! 2021 update - Chris has been helping us renew exterior trim and window wood on a large Tudor house. He has a great eye for vulnerable/rotting wood, will notice current and future issues and create a unique solution to each spot. Chris was awesome! He repaired a rotten exterior French door frame and adjusted the metal footing so it would drain better. He also replaced some rotten wood around the bottom of my garage door. He took the time to reseal and paint all the framing of my French door and garage frame. He even resealed and touched up our doggie door, which wasnt even part of the job! He also went up to my second story gutters and made a filter to avoid leaves from clogging the downspout for no charge. Everything looks really professional and he took the time to explain the what and why for the repairs. He also made reasonable suggestions to avoid the problem again! Even my father, who finds issues with all repair work, said it looked well done and professional!! I would definitely recommend and use Consolidated Home Repair again!!
