Went to have my crankshaft sensor changed, told me car was done, asked if I wanted other sensor changed told them I'd let them know about camshaft sensor because i was going to change myself, well they changed the wrong sensor, charged me 420.00 and proceeded to tell me, " he sleeps well at night knowing how they do customers" this place wanted to tell me was lack of communication, well we talked 2 days each week for 3 weeks till car was picked up, very unprofessional and doesn't care about customers.

DONT GO HERE!! They like to scam women! Went there yesterday for an inspection and they tried to fail my car for my tie rod ends when they dont even have to look at that. Tried to tell me it was gonna be $389 when I was just coming for an inspection! I wouldnt take any cars there. All they want is money and they lie.

Ms. Henderson,Our inspection procedures are mandated by the certifying body of the NC Department of Motor Vehicles and are stipulated in the NC Inspection manual. Your car failed a safety inspection. Your car is unsafe. If another inspection facility passed your car through the official inspection process you should report them immediately and get your car repaired somewhere. __________________ "19A NCAC 03D .0535 STEERING MECHANISM (a) The inspection mechanic must raise the vehicle to check the steering mechanism. (b) The steering mechanism shall not be approved if: (1) with front wheels in straight ahead position there is more than three inches of free play in steering wheels up to 18 inches in diameter or more than four inches of free play in steering wheels over 18 inches in diameter. If the vehicle is equipped with power steering, the engine must be operating; (2) either front or rear springs are sagging or broken; (3) the front wheels or front end assembly is loose, bent, or twisted; or bolts, nuts, or rivets are loose or missing; (4) power steering system shows visible leaks or the power steering belt is loose or worn; (5) vehicle frame or component of the steering mechanism is rusted to the point of mechanical failure; or (6) shock or strut is leaking to the point of failure that will inhibit the steering of the vehicle.
