        In general I had been quite pleased with FB of Troy until my most recent transaction. I guess I should write more reviews of good things, but I do try to be completely honest in my reviews. Gary (my agent) was not able to obtain an odometer statement for a new vehicle we purchased and instead of pick up the phone and calling, my policy on the vehicle was cancelled, even though it was paid. When I ask he stated, "they tried to reach out to the Ford dealership, but they did not reply"..... when I told Gary how disappointed I was he blew my off with the most insincere "sorry" I have been given ever. Still on the fence as to move my business or not.......
