        I recently needed to have my truck towed and Ford called Running Bear Towing. The driver's name was Tyler and promptly introduced himself with a handshake. There was an issue which Tyler called the dealership and resolved the issue. After the truck was loaded he noticed that the tow truck leaked fluid on my driveway. Tyler immediately tried to clean it up but was unable too. He apologized and said that he was going to deliver the truck and then he would stop and get a bag of cleaner to get rid of the stain. He did as he promised and as a result the stain was gone. That was a service over and beyond. Thank you Tyler and Running Bear Towing Tyler you are The man!!!!

        I got my car stuck on an embankment and Tyler was very quick to respond. He was super helpful friendly and he was more focused on helping rather than getting paid for it. I hope to never use a towing service again but if I do and I am in the Salisbury area it would for sure be him. Service: Car towing
