        I wanted to share my experiences at Fifth Third Bank in Troutman. Everyone in the branch is helpful and courteous and recognize me when I enter the branch. I especially want to recognize and thank Haley Bass, my personal banker, for all she does for me. Looking after my accounts and seeing that I have the latest information on all the programs Fifth Third offers as well as handling my transactions quickly and efficiently getting me in and out of the branch. I have banked with others and have never had the service I receive at this branch.

        I came in trying to find a bank that would properly suit my needs as another bank would not allow me to have a student account as i am above their age bracket but still in school. Haley Bass went above and beyond to help me set up my debit and savings account and even checked in a few days after to see if everything was still okay. Without Haley, I would not have set up my accounts with 5/3. Top notch customer service by far!

        It's the only physical bank in Troutman so you're kinda stuck unless you go online or to Mooresville
