Horrible manufacturing. Even a memory foam mattress from Walmart / Amazon for one third price are much much better than sealy high priced junk. Sealy mattress lost its firmness within 3 months. Stay away, save your money. Junk.

We bought a mattress less than a year ago and it's already falling apart. The springs are separating and coming out of the side of the mattress. We got approved through the warranty but here's the kicker, they want us to pay $175 shipping costs for them to ship a new one. Now how is that the customers responsibility when the product we purchased is DEFECTIVE! We've already paid full price for this mattress and since it was a defective product, they want us to pay another $175 to ship a new one. Pitiful customer service. I will never purchase anything else from this company nor will I ever recommend any of their products. I hope this review can save at least one person from making the same mistake we did.

We have been waiting for over month for Sealy to process a return and pick up - terrible customer service

Expensive but good mattress so far. However, customer service was pretty terrible. The first delivery attempt failed because they forgot to even put the mattress in the delivery truck (forced me to waste a day off from work). Second attempt was over a week later. Overall, it took over 3 weeks from order to delivery. I also had an issue with billing, which they took weeks to respond to...and when they did, their response was useless. Completely ignored the fact that they screwed up their first delivery attempt as well. Will definitely avoid anything with Sealy in the future.

Nice place. Very good folks. Load delayed, but not their fault. Planner dropped the ball on info. Thank you Sealy for your efforts to resolve this issue. Hope to work with you all again.
