Piedmont Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Our storm drain was creating a moat at our front porch during heavy rains. I fixed it once and thought it was good. Well it wasn't. I tried several methods to unclog it again, but I was stuck. I called Piedmont Plumbing and they came out the next day at the promised time! Stephen brought out several tools until the job was done. I was with him the whole time and he didn't mind. Finally my gutter was clear but he thought we should check the yard again since water wasn't present with the other underground drains. He found there was a crushed corrugated pipe 40-50 ft away I never would have found. Once we tested the drainage again, all was good. A perfect test came today when a storm came through. No backup!!! I called and spoke with Steven after a plumber I made an appointment with didn't show. He came out that day to do an estimate. He listened to the problem (contractor hack job on my plumbing) and then evaluated and assessed. He started the job only a few short days later and was on time! He was professional and respectful of my property. The job didnt take as long as I thought and he corrected all of the things that we had talked about. The price was fair for the work that was done and the experience was very pleasant (right on the nose with the estimate). I am so glad that my plumbing is done correctly now, and that I have an amazing plumbing contact to use in the event of emergency. 100% recommend.
