We had our annual Christmas party at Trackhouse Motorplex on Mooresville and Catering by Tracy catered our meal. Her staff was on time, friendly and the food was great. After our tasting with Catering by Tracy we immediately decided against other catering companies we were considering. Everything was delicious! Our favorites were the grilled chicken with yellow mustard sauce, butter rolls and spinach queso. She graciously granted a special request I had for one of my bridesmaids and her husband who had dietary restrictions which I greatly appreciated. Our wedding guests are still talking about how good the food was months later. Thank you Tracy!
