I am continually impressed with Jim, James and Dalton and the whole team at Jim Hatchett Plumbing. They have installed new plumbing (kitchenette sink, full bath) when we finished our basement years ago. Then they again installed a full bath and washer/dryer hook-out in our latest addition just a year ago. They were always professional and knowledgeable on the new installs, especially while dealing with a 50+ year old home. Most importantly, they always took my calls and were there on site when they said they would be there. Just last week I had an issue when installing a new washer and not only did Jim answer immediately when I called, he worked me in to fix the problem. When James and Dalton arrived, they were polite, professional and immediately fixed the problem and explained to me what went wrong. Dalton even helped me move the new washer into place. I would highly recommend Jim and his team for any of your plumbing needs whether it be new construction, renovation or repairs!
