I live in New York and my grandmother in North Carolina so when special holidays come around, I like to shower her with flowers. This Christmas, I sent her a bouquet of flowers from Teleflora and Henry Franklins Flowers executed the order. I am rating this florist shop with one star because they did a horrible job representing Teleflora by creating something not even close to what I ordered and paid for. I have you know, I always send my grandmother the "premier" size bouquet (pictured below) and Henry Franklins Flowers delivered a "standard" size (pictured below).Whatever you do, please do not waste your time with this establishment because for them to have the privilege of representing a well known company, (Teleflora) they do a horrible job.
