I called at 9 AM and told him I was coming to see a car and that I'd be there in two hours. I drove an hour and a half to get the car and when I arrived at 11 AM he told me he'd sold the car half to a friend of his while I was driving up there. When my 93 year old grandmother objected to this shabby treatment he shouted vulgar language at her. The man is a classless pig. Deal with him at your own risk.

All of the Staff were extremely accommodating and helped me find my Dream Automobile! There were a couple of delays that pushed my purchase process back, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of! In October 2020, we bought a 2015 Toyota Tacoma from East Main after we were involved in a wreck that totaled our previous car. Tacomas are renowned for being strong reliable trucks. However, East Main SHOULD NOT have sold us this truck because the undercarriage has been rusted severely, and whoever owed the Tacoma before us did not take sufficient care of it. It is unbelievable the way they have told us over and over "it's just wear and tear"....The amount of work we've had to do on a six year old truck is more than just wear and tear. It's a lemon. Also, they have not kept their promise to replace the radio in the truck, which has been unusable the entire time we have owned it. They have ordered cheap radios from Ebay TWICE now that did not work, and after seven months, we still don't have a radio. Unfortunately, we have been forced to post this negative review because nothing else seems to get their attention. Now, we're being forced to either trade the truck at a potential loss to us, or spend $2,000 more on repairs (on top of the $400-$500 we've already spent). I will say that East Main took the truck in for repairs a month ago for us, however, the truck is still not safe to drive (even after the $800 they spent). Do not purchase a vehicle from East Main.
