Orthopedic offices need to be cleaned. The elevator doors are covered in dirt and dust on outside. Waiting room needed to be vacuumed. Client room, floor dirty, blob of dust near garage can, something spilled on floor and counter.

None of what Im saying applies to the Drs or Nurses. They cancelled an important appointment due to weather and could not reschedule for over a month. Now Im sick cant get in for 2 days, and cant see my regular provider. This is terrible admin! Do better!

There's a clear lacking of professionalism at this facility. The staff is nice but you see a doctor for medical care not for a smile. I was rushed out like my presence was an inconvenience, my prescriptions were handled recklessly and communication was dismal. I wisely decided to change my primary care to another facility where proper medical care is the focus.

I really like my Dr and medical assistant at Harris Medical. However, getting to the assistant or Dr now seems impossible. Apparently you can no longer be transferred to the assistant's phone, you have to leave a message. My messages haven't gotten to the assistant in a timely manner. Prior to this service the assistant was always timely in getting back to me. Now, I don't feel like I matter. Needs to go back to the way it was. Sometimes stuff can't wait a couple of days.
